Lately we got several reports from customers that they couldn't open documents in Fronter that had special characters in the file name, like å, ø or æ.


We observed that this was only a problem in the Microsoft browsers Internet Explorer and Edge. 

Apparently there was an issue on Microsoft side and they have fixed it with their latest updates.


So if you experience that you can't open a file when using Internet Explorer or Edge, please make sure that you have the latest browser version as well as Windows update and you should be able to open your file without any problems.
