When you want to copy the same room more than once, please wait until the first room copy is finished before you start another room copy with the same room.

If you copy the room again and the first room copy hasn't finished, the second room copy will fail. You can check the status of the room copy under the tab Requested Rooms (click on Room on your personal tool bar and then Display all rooms).
